📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Oversee GA functions such as office administration, facilities management, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR and GA policies and procedures.
• Provide HR and GA support to the plant manager and other departments.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR and GA processes.
• Handle employee grievances and disputes.
• Manage the plant's budget and financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and GA functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR and GA software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
