Finance Specialist - Accounts Receivable & Tax Administration

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Process and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, ensuring compliance with local and national tax laws.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff as needed.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, tax administration, or a related role.
• Proficiency in using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
