📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks using our mobile espresso machines.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized coffee experiences.
• Maintain and clean mobile brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper handling and storage of coffee beans and equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic coffee brewing techniques and knowledge of coffee beans and flavors.
• Valid ID and clean driving record for mobile service.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs).
• Passion for coffee and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
