As a Corporate Warehouse & Supply Chain Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands. With your expertise in SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP SD, you will streamline supply chain processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
• Manage and maintain SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP SD systems to ensure accurate and efficient supply chain processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy, reduce stockouts, and enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes with production and sales operations.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to supply chain and warehouse management.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to warehouse and supply chain support teams.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve supply chain processes and implement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse management, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP SD systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
