As our MEP Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from initial planning and scheduling to final commissioning and handover. You will use industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of MEP projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets using Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and site inspections to monitor project status.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders.
• Collaborate with clients to address their needs and expectations.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project coordination.
• Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
