📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Develop and implement efficient billing and invoicing systems using tools like SAP or similar ERP software.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to logistics and billing.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth supply chain processes.
• Provide training and support to staff on logistics and billing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics and billing activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations and billing.
• Proven experience in using ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
