📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy to enhance our online presence and engagement.
• Lead and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and journalists to deliver high-quality, innovative, and engaging digital content.
• Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of digital content across various platforms, including our website, social media channels, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, advertising, and sales, to align our digital content strategy with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze digital content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to make data-driven decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
• Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital media, with a proven track record in editorial leadership and content strategy.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of content creators, editors, and journalists.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
• Proficiency in using digital content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
