📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate shipping documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with shipping departments, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.
• Prepare and submit necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Verify and validate shipping data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update shipping databases and records.
• Provide support to the logistics team in resolving shipping-related queries and issues.
• Stay updated with changes in shipping regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping documentation or a related role.
• Proficient in using shipping documentation software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in logistics or shipping documentation is a plus.
