Forest Technician II - Environmental Conservation & Field Operations

Join our team as a Forest Technician II and play a pivotal role in preserving Bali’s lush ecosystems. As a Forest Technician II at Private Advertiser, you’ll spend your days in the field, conducting environmental assessments, monitoring forest health, and implementing conservation projects. You’ll work closely with local communities, government agencies, and international partners to develop and execute sustainable forestry practices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct environmental assessments and monitor forest health using GPS, drones, and other field equipment.
• Develop and implement conservation projects, including reforestation, wildlife habitat restoration, and sustainable forestry practices.
• Collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and international partners to promote sustainable land use.
• Monitor and report on environmental impact assessments, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff and local community members in environmental conservation techniques.
• Participate in research projects to support evidence-based conservation strategies.
• Use GIS software to map and analyze forest data, supporting decision-making processes.
• Ensure all fieldwork is conducted safely and in accordance with environmental and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental conservation, forestry, or a related field.
• Certification in GIS or environmental monitoring is a plus.
• Familiarity with GPS, drones, and other field equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
