📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the eye care clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and develop the clinic team, providing guidance and support to achieve high performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards, including maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with other departments within Ciputra Balai Property to ensure seamless integration of eye care services.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and report on operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the clinic.
• Ensure the clinic is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Optometry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical management or a similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in managing medical staff and ensuring compliance with medical standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with healthcare software and systems, such as EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
