📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
• Document and track customer interactions and issues using our CRM system (HubSpot).
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance to customers on our products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues and providing updates.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or less than 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work in Bali.
