📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct technical assessments and provide expert advice to construction professionals.
• Develop and deliver high-impact training programs using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that technical support meets project requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve training programs.
• Provide technical support for construction projects, including site inspections and problem-solving.
• Mentor and coach junior technical staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Document technical processes and create training materials for future use.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical management or a similar role.
• Certification in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using technical software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
