📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor production lines using tools such as SAP, MES, and other manufacturing software.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they understand and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and implement solutions.
- Track and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and processes.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with manufacturing software such as SAP, MES, or similar tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
