📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices.,Maintain and update accounts payable records and ledgers.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices to vendors.,Monitor and reconcile accounts payable balances to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports on accounts payable activities.,Assist in the preparation of year-end closing activities and financial statements.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and financial regulations and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets.,Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian
