LAMANSUA Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our shop, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the organization and maintenance of the shop inventory.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering their questions.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Work with the team to ensure the shop is clean and well-presented.,Assist in stock-taking and reordering of inventory.,Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use office software.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
