PT Mitra Lestari is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tutor to join our team in Pontianak. As a Senior Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tutoring services to our students. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students.,Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students.,Collaborate with other tutors and the educational team to ensure consistent quality of tutoring services.,Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to enhance the learning experience.,Provide additional support and guidance to students outside of regular tutoring sessions when necessary.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the tutoring program.,Ensure all tutoring sessions are conducted in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tutor or in a related educational role.,Proven track record of success in improving student performance and engagement.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent is preferred.
