📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals to pitch products/services to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
