Senior Safety Officer - Construction & OSH Specialist
R.D. Policarpio and Co is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Safety Officer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce, as well as implementing and maintaining a robust Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management system.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in construction safety and OSH, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. If you are passionate about creating a safe work environment and have a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with OSH regulations and industry best practices.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards and risks.,Provide safety training and education to employees, contractors, and subcontractors.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.,Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture within the organization.,Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in OSH.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety and OSH.,Certification in OSH (e.g., OSH Professional, Safety Professional, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of OSH regulations and standards, including but not limited to ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, and local regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.🛠️ Keahlian
