📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication counseling and education.
• Managing medication schedules and ensuring that all medications are dispensed correctly and safely.
• Monitoring patient responses to medications and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the most appropriate and effective treatments.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all patient interactions and treatments.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
• Promoting the importance of medication safety and adherence to best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical care setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
• Valid pharmacist license and certification.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
