📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to address HR-related issues.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
