📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the distribution process and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the distribution team and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution activities.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the distribution process.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the distribution or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
  • Ability to travel frequently to different locations as required.
