📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and deter unauthorized access or intrusion.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.,Maintain and operate security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms.,Work with other departments to develop and implement security policies and procedures.,Provide security support during events, such as conferences, exhibitions, or other gatherings.,Conduct background checks and interviews for new hires to ensure the safety of our employees.,Provide security awareness training to employees and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in the security field, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.,Valid security license or certification is a plus.,Good physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with security equipment and software is a plus.,Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
