📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell products to customers to meet or exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Maintain a well-stocked and organized retail store.,Assist in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Participate in store promotions, events, and sales campaigns.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Good knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
