Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Work closely with the development team to gather information and create accurate documentation,Ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and meets the needs of our users,Review and edit documentation to maintain a high standard of quality,Collaborate with other team members to ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accurate,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the documentation process,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing and editing skills,Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Fluency in English is a must
