PULSE Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Outlet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our remote outlet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise outlet staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular outlet audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Experience in managing remote teams or working in a remote environment.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.
