Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas.,Process cash transactions and handle customer payments accurately.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Work efficiently and accurately under pressure and tight deadlines.,Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Promote our products and services to customers and encourage repeat business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a similar role.,Proven ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
