Property Industri Lestari is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Monitor project progress and report to senior management.,Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to project team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.,Understanding of the construction and real estate industry is a plus.
