📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the assigned retail outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain product availability.,Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.,Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by customers or staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing retail outlets and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.
