📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise.,Assist in the development and implementation of new operational strategies.,Provide support to the management team in achieving operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel is a plus.
