📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and enforce safety protocols and procedures during night shifts.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide immediate response to any safety-related incidents or near-misses.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and project teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to educate and engage workers on safety best practices.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Develop and implement safety training programs for night shift workers.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace safety, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Certification as a Safety Officer or equivalent (e.g., CMI, IOSH, or other relevant certifications).
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in conducting safety inspections, investigations, and audits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work night shifts and on-call, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with construction safety management systems (CSMS) and safety management software (e.g., SAP, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) software).
