📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.,Supervise and mentor junior lab technicians, providing guidance and training to improve their skills and performance.,Perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring accuracy and precision in results.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Conduct quality control checks and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services with overall business operations.,Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the laboratory field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a leadership role preferred.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 17025).,Experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance in the laboratory environment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
