Fast Mart Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Cashier Clinic to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, customer service, and a passion for healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Handle cash and provide change to customers accurately and promptly.,Process payments and maintain records of all transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise during transactions.,Monitor cash drawer levels and ensure adequate supplies of coins and bills.,Train and mentor new cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the cashier area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a healthcare or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations.,Basic knowledge of healthcare services and terminology.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
