In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Monitor and manage network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Train and educate employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.,Ensure the security and confidentiality of IT systems and data.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
