OMEGA Abadi is seeking a dedicated Junior HR Officer to join our growing team in Nusa Dua, Bali. As a Junior HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various aspects of human resource management. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in HR to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis related to HR metrics.,Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Maximum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
