📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process to fill job vacancies.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
