📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival and departure.

Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient visits and appointments.

Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments for doctors and other healthcare staff.

Handle front desk transactions, such as billing and payments.

Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.

Provide information about the clinic's services and facilities.

Assist with any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using computer software and basic office equipment.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.

Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
