📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and coordinate with the team to meet sales targets and operational goals.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.,Implement and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance team performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement improvements in operations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or operations management field.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and processes.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
