PT Duta Mandiri Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting professional to join our team in Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for helping our company achieve its financial goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and other financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making and planning.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Maintain and update accounting software and systems as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
