📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote Indofood products through various sales channels, including retail stores, supermarkets, and other distribution points.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local retailers and sales channels to drive sales growth.
• Develop and execute sales promotions, including price reductions, discounts, and special offers, to drive sales and increase market share.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to retailers and sales channels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that Indofood remains competitive in the market.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential customers and build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, sales promotion, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of sales promotion tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
